Manipal Education & Medical Group launches School Education Initiative Announces partnership with TutorVista.com in the School Education space
 The School market is under-served. Pockets of excellent schools exist, however there are few uniformly well managed schools, with a pan India presence, straddling urban and rural centers. There is a need for professionally managed schools across India. Manipal Schools aim to address this gap through a mixture of, technology, quality processes and a dual focus –student outcomes as well as teaching faculty capability enhancement.

December 17th, 2008 - The Manipal Education & Medical Group, a leader with over half a century of experience in higher education, founding institutions of excellence like Manipal University, among others, has announced a strategic partnership with TutorVista.com, the leading online tutoring company. The new venture, christened Manipal K-12 Education India Pvt. Ltd., will seek to provide end-to-end education solutions in schools, right from Kindergarten to Class 12. The Manipal K-12 Education’s charter will include providing end-to-end management services to existing and new schools under the brand name Manipal Schools, as well as ICT based school learning solutions and tutorials.
